Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location was excellent, right in front of the famous Mustafa Centre in Little India, the rooms were not up to the mark considering the price paid. The service was friendly but seemed understaffed with one person handling multiple duties. The dining experience was subpar, with dry and uninviting food for breakfast.
The hotel's location is superb, just across from Mustafa Centre in Little India, offering easy access to shops, malls, and public transport. The rooms were unfortunately below average in cleanliness with issues like blood-stained bed sheets and insects, but the value for money was reasonable. The service was generally unhelpful with safety locker problems, but there was one helpful staff member who loaned us an iron for free. The dining experience was lackluster, especially for non-Indian guests, and the facilities need improvement.
The hotel's location is its main strength, being right opposite Mustafa Shopping Center and close to various attractions like Mount Faber Park and Bugis. However, the rooms were small, poorly maintained, and even had bloodstains, giving a negative first impression. The service, except for housekeeping provided by Parvata, was extremely disappointing with rude and unprofessional staff. The dining experience was subpar, and the facilities did not meet expectations.
My stay at the hotel had some positives like the convenient location near the malls and MRT station, but there were some drawbacks with the room conditions and lackluster service. The dining options were limited, and the facilities left much to be desired.
The hotel's location is the standout feature, being right opposite the Mustafa Shopping Center and close to various attractions like Mount Faber Park and Orchard Road. However, the service leaves much to be desired with unfriendly staff and poor cleanliness. The dining options are limited, primarily catering to Indian customers, and the quality is subpar.
